About Remote Bob
Remote Bob started as an ordinary virtual assistance agency. Barbara Maheshwari, the founder of Remote Bob, worked in consulting before she started this company. While working closely with entrepreneurs, she noticed that many of them were struggling to find a good virtual assistant.
Completely bootstrapped, the company has generated over 600,000 euros of revenue so far, has received over 100 five-star reviews from satisfied clients on Trustpilot, and was listed as one of the top 25 fastest-growing virtual assistant agencies in the UK by Outsource Accelerator. In 2023, the company additionally launched an education course, "Become a VA," priced at 400 euros, and sold 63 tickets as part of a pilot project.
The ambitious team is working on creating a brand that will be a global synonym for high-quality VA support. Currently, there are 3 full-time internal team members, and around 40 virtual assistants in the team.

Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Cofounder, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
At the outset, you'll be the sole member of the marketing team. As you successfully develop lead generation pipelines that attract qualified leads, we will progressively expand the marketing team, allowing you to distribute some of your responsibilities to new team members.

Create marketing strategy
Make sure all leads are saved in CRM
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels hands-on (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Conduct cold email, or LinkedIn outreach campaigns
It is a bonus if you had some experience with affiliate, or influencer collaborations
Your primary objective will be to generate leads
